UR’s own Trelawney McCoy, single mother of eight, was recently named one of four ‘Unstoppable MOM’ contest finalists on ABC’s Live with Kelly and Michael show.
Beyond working full-time as a health project counselor here at the University’s Building Healthy Children program, McCoy’s also an involved member of the community—as the first female President of the Rochester RAMS Pop Warner Football cheerleading coach, and a volunteer at the community rec center. You can view a clip of McCoy on YNN, here. Voting on ABC’s website begins March 14. |
